Not only do we specialise in diamond tools, we also design a range of hand tools, CNC bits, hammers, chisels, lathe adaptors and many more items. We have state of the art CNC and lathe CNC machines available to manufacture any tool or part. Available in a large range of materials including stainless steel, brass, aluminium, hard wood, nylon and many more.

What Is The Process?

We try to make the process as smooth and easy as possible in creating a bespoke tool.

Step 1 : Send us an email at : sales@hswdiamondtools.co.uk making sure you include :
Material : What material will the tool be used on
Fitting : What fitting is required, 1/2" GAS, M14, 1/2" straight shank, etc
Design : Ideally a rough drawing but a description will be fine
Any other requirements

Step 2 : We will reply going through our recommendations and any further detail we need

Step 3 : Technical drawing completion and sent for approval, a time scale for the project given

Step 4 : On approval an invoice will be sent over

Step 5 : Once paid we will start work on your bespoke tool

Step 6 : 2-4 weeks later arrival of your bespoke tool

How Long Will It Take?

The time varies depending on the item, some items will take a few days to make or adjust. However most of our bespoke items are completely made for a specific job and requires to be CNC made or new moulds made.

For diamond tools the time line is normally 2-4 weeks from approval to delivery, When approved we will give you an estimated delivery time however will always aim to have this done sooner.

Is There A Minimum Order Quantity?
We do not have a MOQ for bespoke tools, you can order as little as 1 item, however we normally offer a tiered pricing system for our bespoke tools offering large discounts for more of the same item being ordered. This is due to it is expensive to do the drawings, set up the CNC, and various other processes for only 1 piece, making multiple pieces much more cost effective per unit.
