In the unlikely event that you need to return any part of your order please get in touch in writing (email to sales@HSWDIamondTools.co.uk) within 14 days of your delivery date.
All in stock items need to be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
We can also provide a return label and collection if required, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
All items must be returned in original packaging, undamaged and unopened, in resalable condition.
This return policy does not apply to our made to order machinery or bespoke tools.
Step 1 : Ensure your item is within 14 days since your order was delivered
Step 2 : Email us, including your name, order number and item you wish to return
Step 3 : Either send us the item back to use or request that we arrange a collection
Step 4 : When we receive the item back we will check over the item for any missing parts or damage
Step 5 : We will either issue a refund, replacement, or alternate item, depending on your request

Refunds will always be sent to the original payment method.
Please do not send an item back with a non tracked service and without notifying us prior.
In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery via email to sales@HSWDIamondTools.co.uk with photos of the damaged item, photos of the box (showing the address label) and packaging, we will then arrange for the return and replacement of that item or part after full inspection and testing.
If an item develops a fault please get in touch as soon as possible explaining the fault. If within 14 days or delivery we may arrange for collection of the item and replace. After 14 days we will arrange collection of the item and repair the item.
Please note there are exceptions to this for consumable items such as profile bit, which naturally wear with use. While using these on the wrong material without the recommended tools will speed this wear up exponentially.
